Cynthia Terry Holmes

Director and Founder

Over 25 years of leadership experience in the performing arts as choreographer, dance director, teacher, guest clinician, facilitator, and workshop coordinator. Served as a board member on various non-profit and charitable organizations. Traveled extensively in Europe, Australia, Central America and the Caribbean sharing gifts and talents while on missionary assignments. Volunteered locally mentoring and teaching inspirational dance at Carlswell Federal Prison for female inmates. As an employee for American Airlines, she previously served as administrator for Christian Employee Business Resource Group. Her passion is mentoring teachers, choreographers and leaders in all aspects. Planted several dance organizations locally and nationally.


Tonesha Winters

Creative Director

Lead teacher and Creative Director for the Judah School of Worship and Fine Arts. Holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts from Tarrant County College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Communication from the University of Texas at Arlington. Danced in various aspects throughout the country and has received several accolades for performances in dance, music as well as theatrical arenas. In 2005, Tonesha joined ABC Dance of Euless, Texas and helped to expand the company to seven locations in one year. In 2007, she became founder of Blaze of Glory Ministries (BGM), a program mentoring youth at various churches and community groups in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex educating them in the arts and developing leadership skills. Blaze of Glory Ministries has expanded to include a community fine arts ministry, open to teens and adults, which debuted Good Friday 2014. Expanded her vision for creative fine arts ministry by establishing her own promotional company, G.R.A.C.E. (God’s Renowned and Creative Entertainment), which unites all aspects of the arts to lead others to recognize, nurture, and utilize their gifts for the high calling of Christ. Instructor for the National Baptist Congress Dance Ministry Department. She serves in the praise and worship department at Shekinah Glory Community Church, in Duncanville, TX.


Alisha D Jackson

Administrative Assistant

Holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice. Worked in an administrative support role for over 25 years in various capacities/fields including creative arts which began in 2011. Although only physically participated in dance ministry for a short time (2011-2015), the creative arts have captured her heart in such a way that she desires to serve the body of Christ and use her gifts in whatever capacity God will use her. Enjoys teaching and motivating others toward godly excellence, from the inside out.


LaDonna Hardy Allen

Choreographer and Team Leader

A member, choreographer, and youth leader for New St. James Baptist Church, in Birmingham Alabama. She has been committed to teaching and choreographing liturgical dances for other ministries at other churches in Birmingham, Alabama since the age of 14. This is her first year contributing to Judah School of Worship and Fine Arts. She is very excited to embark on this new journey. Graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s in Health Care Management and a Master’s in Business Administration from Baker University. Has a podcast called “Two Dope Girls” which started in October 2020 where she boldly speaks on all things relationship, marriage, friendship, mental health, and current events. She has a YouTube channel, “Naturalipretti” where she is able to show her personality within lifestyle, fashion, beauty and most importantly family.


Mi’Kayla Logan

Creative Intern

Mi’Kayla has a passion for helping children grow within themselves and with Christ. She loves seeing them develop new ideas through dance while learning who God is to them. Graduated from Vernon College with an Associate’s in Science and attends Western Oklahoma State College majoring in Nursing. Began participating in the dance ministry at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church at the age of 5 and continued until she left for college at the age of 17 (12 years) She has attended Dance Ministry training at the National Baptist Congress (10 years) Works with the children’s ministry at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church (8 years) In college, she co-founded a dance ministry at the New Hope Baptist Church (4 years) Works with the youth at New Hope Baptist Church (4 years)
