Cynthia Terry Holmes

Director and President

 Cynthia Terry Holmes is a dynamic leader and seasoned professional from Dallas, Texas, with over 25 years of experience in the performing arts. Her career spans multiple roles, including choreographer, dance director, teacher, guest clinician, facilitator, and workshop coordinator. Cynthia’s expertise has been a guiding force in the performing arts community, where she has mentored and inspired countless individuals, including teachers, choreographers, and leaders across various fields. Throughout her distinguished career, Cynthia has had the privilege of choreographing, teaching, and ministering at high-profile events such as celebrity weddings and television programs. She has also shared her gifts on a global scale, traveling extensively throughout Europe, Australia, Central America, and the Caribbean as part of missionary assignments, using dance as a tool for spiritual and cultural exchange. Additionally, she has volunteered her time to mentor and teach inspirational dance at Carlswell Federal Prison for female inmates, exemplifying her commitment to using the arts as a means of empowerment and transformation. In addition to her work in the arts, Cynthia has also served as a board member and advisor for numerous non-profit and charitable organizations, further extending her impact in both the creative and philanthropic communities. As an employee of American Airlines, she has not only showcased her talent through performance but also served in leadership roles as an administrator for the Christian Employee Business Resource Group and as a union steward, where she advocated for the well-being of fellow employees. Cynthia’s passion for mentorship is at the heart of her work. She is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of dance professionals, helping them develop not only their artistic abilities but also their leadership skills. Over the years, she has planted and cultivated several dance organizations both locally and nationally, further solidifying her legacy as a trailblazer in the dance community. Her ability to combine creativity, leadership, and service has made Cynthia a respected figure in the world of dance, and her work continues to inspire and empower individuals around the globe.


Ricky Holmes

Vice President

Ricky Holmes is a native of Los Angeles, California.  Ricky has dedicated his life to serving in various leadership and pastoral roles, both within the church and beyond. With a steadfast commitment to empowering others, he believes deeply in the power of spiritual guidance, mentorship, and active community engagement. His service extends across multiple arenas—spanning local church ministry, the workplace, and national as well as international missions. Ricky’s work is driven by the belief that true leadership is rooted in service and that every individual has the potential to impact their community and the world around them. A core passion of Ricky’s is mentoring the next generation of leaders. He is particularly focused on equipping young people with the skills, values, and vision they need to step into roles of influence with wisdom, humility, and integrity. Ricky’s approach to mentorship is holistic, nurturing not only the spiritual growth of those he mentors but also fostering their emotional and professional development. He envisions a world where the next generation of leaders, grounded in faith and purpose, will lead with compassion and create lasting change in their communities and the world. Through both personal relationships and outreach initiatives, Ricky strives to bridge the gap between spiritual faith and real-world action, encouraging those around him to live with intentionality and a heart for service. His vision is not only to build strong individuals but also to create a ripple effect of transformation that extends well beyond the walls of the church and into the broader global community.


Tonesha Winters

Creative Director

Tonesha E. Winters is a dynamic media personality, cultural arts advocate, and seasoned production manager with over 20 years of experience spanning broadcast media, theater, and dance. Known as “The Mouth,” Tonesha captivates audiences with her engaging commentary on pop culture, civic engagement, and social causes. She hosted the top-rated #LIVEwithMsT podcast on DFWiRadio.com and frequently appeared on TMZ Live, bringing her influential voice to a wide audience. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s in Broadcast Communication and a minor in the theatre arts, she combines expertise in media with a passion for creative arts and community impact. Currently, Tonesha serves as the Creative Director of the Judah School of Worship, where she has dedicated nearly 15 years to leading workshops across the city and the country, especially in underserved communities, in the arts of dance and mime. Her commitment to youth and community engagement extends to her work with the Children’s Defense Fund and the Freedom School, where she participated as Site Coordinator and the CDF choir. She has also contributed as an instructor for the National Baptist Congress, guiding classes of over 200 children under 12, and through Blaze of Glory Ministries (BGM), a mentorship program she founded in 2014 to empower youth through the arts. Tonesha served as Operations Manager at Urban Arts Center in Dallas from 2020 to 2024, a nonprofit dedicated to showcasing African-American stories through theater, music, and visual arts. Her role included overseeing productions, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless performances. Her work at Urban Arts Center, along with her extensive experience in stage and production management, underscores her versatility and dedication to storytelling through diverse artistic expressions. Through her career and community work, she remains passionate about creating access to arts education, promoting cultural diversity, and inspiring others to recognize and realize their creative potential.


Mi’Kayla Logan

Creative Dance Assistant Director

Mi’Kayla graduated from Vernon College with an Associate’s in Science and Nursing degree graduate at Western Oklahoma State College. Her educational path reflects her desire to combine her nurturing spirit with practical skills that allow her to serve others in both health and wellness. Her journey in dance began at the age of 5 when she first joined the dance ministry at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, where she served for 12 years until she left for college at age 17. During her time at Galilee, Mi’Kayla also received Dance Ministry training through the National Baptist Congress for 10 years, building a strong foundation in both the art of dance and the spiritual discipline required to serve. Mi’Kayla has been deeply involved in children’s ministry at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, where she served for 8 years, helping to nurture the spiritual growth of young children. While in college, she co-founded a dance ministry at New Hope Baptist Church, where she served for 4 years. During that time, Mi’Kayla also worked with the youth ministry at New Hope, dedicating another 4 years to guiding young people in their faith and artistic expression. Mi’Kayla’s heart for both children and the arts continue to fuel her desire to make a lasting impact in the lives of the next generation. Whether through dance or working with youth, or in nursing, Mi’Kayla is committed to empowering others to grow and develop into the leaders of excellence.
